About the Artist

My name is Jessica Cathryn Feinberg. I'm a 28 year old wacky, creative gal who enjoys art, writing, sculpting, jewelry making, reading, cooking, bellydancing, movies/TV, witchcraft/magic, journaling and much more.

Work & Materials:
I wear a number of "hats" at my job(s) including programmer, graphic/interface designer, illustrator, manga/comic toner, portrait artist, HR manager, and writer. I specialize in unique concept, fantasy, sci-fi, spiritual, and mystery art with a photo-realistic slant. I work with both real and digital media, including Graphite, Colored Pencil, Pen & Ink, Marker, Photoshop and Painter. I do sculpture using chemical and polymer clays, as well as my own unique tissue paper sculpting techniques. I've always experimenting with new creative things.

Where I call Home...
I grew up in Upstate NY and I spent most of my later teenage years hanging out in the Berkshires. I've also lived in Sedona, San Francisco, and LA. I currently reside in Tucson and Sedona, AZ

Inspirations: My mom, Charles de Lint, Tony DiTerlizzi, Holly Black, Brian Froud, James Owen, Brom, Alan Lee, Rob Alexander, James Gurney, Hayao Miyazaki, Phillip Pullman, Faeries and trees.

Loves: Plants & Animals (I have two cats and a dog).
